The 2008 Legislative gift, Where the Sidewalk Ends, by Shel Silverstein, was sponsored by Time Warner Cable in partnership with Culture Works the Arts Fund in Dayton. One book was given to each member of the Ohio Legislature as a commemorative gift, delivered by Ohio’s 2008 student advocates.
