I am a ceramic sculptor. My goal as a residency leader is to help participants realize their visual goals with clay. Clay can do amazing things and is one of the most versatile, beautiful and lasting art media.

My sculpture is an expression of the daily experiences I have as a woman living in the 21st century America. I use humor and beauty to draw the viewer into the layers of my narratives.

I have been making sculpture for over 15 years. I graduated from the Cleveland Institute of Art with a B.F.A. in Ceramics. I went on to residencies at the Banff Centre in Canada and the Kohler Company in Wisconsin. I have been a teaching artist for 12 years. My work is shown nationally and I am in several public exhibitions.
