• Talk with the residency committee about the possibility of returning for one or two days to work with teachers to develop follow-up plans. Contact Arts Learning Program Coordinator for funding information.
• Provide additional information the sponsor may need for internal evaluations and reports to school boards or boards of directors. This information may provide support for future residencies and arts-related programs.

Closure and Final Report:

• Reflect on the success of the residency. Document strengths and weaknesses. Identify success in reaching goals.
• Thank all involved in hosting the residency.
• Complete the Artist in Residence Program Artist Final Report within 30 days of the completion of the residency.
