Ohio Statehouse Holocaust Memorial Artist Selection Committee Selects Semi-Finalists for Ohio Statehouse Holocaust Memorial

At a special meeting on Thursday, January 24, 2013, the Ohio Statehouse Holocaust Memorial Artist Selection Committee selected three semi-finalists for the Ohio Statehouse Holocaust Memorial.

The semi-finalists are:

Jaume Plensa, Barcelona/Paris/Richard Gray Gallery, Chicago, IL
Ann Hamilton, Columbus, OH
Daniel Libeskind, New York, New York

Each artist will visit the memorial site, meet with the committee and then have six weeks to prepare proposals for the Artist Selection Committee's review. In May, the committee will meet to select the final project artist.
