Ohio Arts Council Seeks Feedback on Draft Strategic Plan

The Ohio Arts Council has completed a draft of its upcoming strategic plan. Input informing the plan’s development was gathered over a two-year period from literally thousands of Ohioans, including attendees at Listening Tour events, online survey respondents, participants in stakeholder meetings and a variety of one-on-one planning meetings with planners from the Cultural+Planning Group.

Now that a draft has been finalized, we are asking those who lent their ideas and input to the plan’s creation to review the resulting product to let us know what you think. Your feedback is critical to the plan’s strength and comprehensiveness.

If you have any comments to share on the plan -- in particular the short term goals and long-term initiatives -- please direct them to amy.mckay@oac.state.oh.us by Friday, September 24, 2010. We will consider all comments as we finalize the draft in consultation with OAC Board members and begin the work of implementing the finished product next year.
