Ohio Arts Council Announces September Board Meeting

Members of the Ohio Arts Council Board will meet Thursday, September 28, 2006 in the Green Room at the Toledo Museum of Art, 2445 Monroe Street, Toledo. The business meeting will be held from 1:15 - 3:15 p.m. and is open to the public. The Council Board will receive updates from Arts Midwest, the OAC’s regional arts organization; Ohio Citizens for the Arts, Ohio’s arts advocacy organization; program updates; and Ohio Heritage Fellowship recommendations. The Board will also review and approve panelists for the fiscal year 2007-2008 grant review panels.

The Ohio Arts Council is a state agency that funds and supports quality arts experiences to strengthen Ohio communities culturally, educationally and economically.
