The Ohio Arts Council, in collaboration with the Cleveland, Columbus and Cincinnati convention and visitors bureaus, relaunched the statewide version of ArtsinOhio.com, a comprehensive, online cultural calendar of events. ArtsinOhio.com features links to arts and entertainment events statewide, making it easy to discover and enjoy the arts throughout the Buckeye State. With this fast, easy to use guide, Ohio citizens and visitors may search for events by city, date, organization, special accessibility, price, special discounts and more. More than 1,800 organizations list their information in ArtsinOhio.com and more than 10,000 unique events are available at this time. Because of the wide variety of arts and cultural organizations listing information on this database, users obtain access to many diverse events throughout the state. Participating organizations include museums, symphonies, concert series, festivals, libraries, historical societies, zoos and other organizations with cultural programming. ArtsinOhio.com is designed to be user friendly. Its simple site design makes for easy navigation, while the powerful and intuitive event finder makes it easy to search for and find events. Links to partner organizations provide excellent travel and entertainment information such as hotel reservations, great places to dine, and other things to do while in the area. Wherever you can access the internet you can access ArtsinOhio.com for your complete arts and cultural entertainment and travel plans. ArtsinOhio.com is a partnership between the Convention & Visitors Bureau of Greater Cleveland, Experience Columbus, Greater Cincinnati Convention and Visitors Bureau, Greater Columbus Arts Council and the Ohio Arts Council.
