Ohio Arts Council Arts Innovation Programs Deadline to Apply is January 17

Applications to the Ohio Arts Council’s Arts Innovation program are due Tuesday, January 17, 2006. Applications must be submitted using the Online Grants Application System (OLGA), at http://www.culturegrants-oh.org/index1.php, by 5:00 p.m. EST on the deadline day.

Arts Innovation grants are designed to support proposals including special, one-time projects, development of new projects for new constituencies, experimental program designs and initiatives being offered for the first time. All nonprofit arts, cultural and community-based organizations may apply, including current Arts Access and Sustainability grant recipients.

Arts Innovation grants are made in flat amounts of $5,000, $10,000, $15,000 and $20,000 and require a 1:1 match. Grants are awarded for up to one year.

Support materials must be submitted in accordance with the directions found on the application and received by the OAC no later than seven (7) calendar days after the deadline, including the Signature Form, Support Materials Checklist and a printed copy of the final application.
