The Ohio Arts Council will hold a series of FREE regional meetings this fall to introduce its new web-based funding application system, OLGA (OnLine Grant Applications.) The technology is set to launch in early November and the OAC has scheduled meetings around Ohio to introduce OLGA, provide training and information on how to use the system and present the new OAC Guidelines and program areas that will accompany it. The workshop will teach potential organizational users how to develop an account profile, submit online draft applications, check the status of applications and much more. These meetings do not apply to individual artists. An additional workshop will be held for individual artists on November 13 in Cincinnati. The OAC will also review its new Guidelines and program areas. Attendees can learn which of the new program areas best fit their organization, whether or not they are eligible and how to apply within the new funding categories. Interested organizations are encouraged to read the complete meeting information (PDF). A list of scheduled meetings follows. All agendas (and separate directions/parking instructions where applicable) are in PDF format. Please email the webmaster if you have problems with any of the regional meeting document attachments.
