A Message from the Governor

I am pleased to extend a warm welcome to everyone in attendance for the Governor’s Awards for the Arts in Ohio. I am proud to be a part of such a wonderful program. I also would like to extend my sincere congratulations to the recipients of this year’s Governor’s Awards for the Arts in Ohio for their artistic excellence. I commend them for their efforts that help foster the rich cultural and artistic environment that exists in our great state. I am proud to honor the remarkable achievements of these individuals and organizations as they enrich our communities and lives at a time when it is needed most. Their extraordinary talents and generous contributions allow the arts to play an integral role in the lives of every Ohioan. On behalf of all Ohioans, best wishes for future success!
