The IAF promotes, supports and advances the art and practice of professional facilitation through methods exchange, professional growth, practical research, collegial networking and support services. The Annual Conference presents a large selection of workshops covering broad areas of facilitation and facilitation-related skills. The IAF also sponsors thing tanks throughout the year, as well as regional groups and networks.
