Achievement Asked how he would benefit from the symposium, Varun Jain of the Sanskriti Foundation in India said, "I am here to learn how our organization can become a catalyst for artistic endeavors and cultural activities around the globe." At the June 16 marketing session Marilyn Tomasi, president and CEO of Tomasi Marketing Group in Columbus, stressed the importance of integrated marketing, bringing together public relations, research and advertising to leverage impact and funds. Tomasi urged participants to be aggressive in marketing, to look at trends and to identify underserved niches. The Ohio Arts Council's International Program organized the symposium in partnership with the Andes Foundation of Santiago, Chile, and Buenos Aires, Argentina. The International Program is committed to bringing together individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds to develop greater understanding of each other's cultures. ArtJob is the place to find comprehensive, up-to-date national and international listings of arts employment. The website also features information about fellowships, grants, residencies and other arts-related opportunities.
Repertorio Espanol, the nation's premiere Spanish language theatre company, is seeking full-length plays in English or Spanish about the Hispanic experience or of interest to the Hispanic community.
