I am an artist, yes, this is true.
I am an actress, a singer and dancer, too.
A teacher, director, choreographer and more, I also am a mother of four.
You say, my goodness, when do you have time?
Well, would you believe I'm a grandmother of nine?
My strong forte is in theater arts,
And development of people is close to my heart.
I use the tools dance and theater employ,
To persuade my students to participate and enjoy.
The shy, the clumsy, the reticent to share,
Become actively involved and artistically aware.
Whatever the age, adult, youngster or teen,
All benefit from a program that fosters well-being.
