I am a visual artist working in a number of mediums, including Chinese Brush Painting, watercolor, oil and digital arts. I would like to introduce the great philosophy, techniques and strength behind Chinese art and painting to help develop a greater appreciation of them.

I have more than 30 years of experience teaching Chinese painting in Houston and Cleveland, including Cleveland Museum of Art, regularly giving many workshops around the area and the completion of successful residencies through the Ohio Arts Council. Recently with the aid of digital movie camera, computer and digital projector I gave a couple of very successful 2 week long workshops at the art leagues and senior centers.

I studied Chinese painting with four masters in Taiwan, studied oil painting with David Leffel, Jove Wang and have a master of art degree from Stephen F. Austin State University, Texas. I have had several solo and many invitational group exhibitions in Ohio and other states. I am member of Oil Painters of America and a professional designer and artist for textile and surface designs.
