Antioch: The Lost Ancient City will be on view at the Cleveland Museum of Art March 25-June 3. Buried centuries ago by earthquakes, floods and military plunder beneath the modern Turkish city of Antakya, Antioch was one of the cultural and political centers of the Roman Empire. Some of Antioch9s most significant archaeological and artistic remains, unearthed in the 19309s, are brought together for the first time since their discovery in this exhibition. Air of the East: Fashion Art from Korea is now on view at The Kent State University Museum through September 2. The exhibition features the wearable works of art of 55 Korean artists who attempt to show fashion as both functional and as an imaginative, contemporary art form.   Wexner Center for the Arts in Columbus is now accepting entries for its Ohio Short Film & Video Showcase to be held May 12 at 7 p.m. Deadline is March 23. Pieces must be independently produced, no longer than 20 minutes and produced in Ohio within the last 18 months. Entries must be submitted on 1/2-inch videotape. One entry per person. Washington Township is seeking a full time theater manager for its Town Hall Theatre. The theater manager is responsible for the artistic direction, production management and program administration for a 300-seat theater dedicated to the education of children and the presentation of children9s theater. The National Endowment for the Arts has named Barry Bergey director of folk and traditional arts. A member of the Arts Endowment staff for more than 15 years, Bergey will serve as the NEA's folk and traditional expert and authority, providing professional leadership to the field.
