Arts Council Conference Batting 2000: Facing the Fastball of Change
September 9-10 in Akron. The conference will explore issues that are vital in the
economic, educational and cultural lives of all Ohioans. Conference speakers and workshop
leaders will examine how coming changes will affect arts advocacy, fund raising,
programming, technology and audience development. Registration material will be mailed in
July. Early registration ($95) deadline is August 17; regular deadline ($105) is August
