Ohio Arts Council Riffe Gallery 2019 Biennial Juried Exhibition

This exhibition is the Riffe Gallery's third biennial statewide juried exhibition. Ohio artists, living and working in the state, are invited to submit up to three (3) images of completed work (any medium) to be considered for inclusion in this juried exhibition. The jury selection is based on the work presented.

Awards: One $1,000 Best of Show Award will be awarded, and three $500 Juror's Choice Awards will be awarded (one per juror).

Ohio Governor's Residence Artwork Loan Program 2019-2020

The Ohio Arts Council (OAC) is contacting Ohio artists who work in painting, drawing, pastel, printmaking, photography, and mixed media about an opportunity to loan their work for display to the Ohio Governor's Residence. Landscape and cityscapes that highlight the natural beauty of Ohio are requested. Only two-dimensional artwork is being considered due to space limitations.

Kent State University Design Innovation Hub Percent for Art Commission Announcement

Kent State University (KSU) invites Ohio and national artists to submit up to nine (9) digital images of past work for the Design Innovation Hub Percent for Art project commission. From the submissions a group of semi-finalists will be selected to visit the campus, meet with the committee (comprised of KSU faculty and staff), and visit the artwork site location to create a site-specific art work proposal. KSU employees and their spouses, and students enrolled in any degree-granting program are not eligible to apply for this commission.

Bowling Green State University (BGSU) is inviting Ohio and national artists to submit up to nine (9) digital images of past work for the BGSU - Technology Building Percent for Art Project commission. From the submissions a group of semi-finalists will be selected to visit the campus, meet with the committee (comprised of BGSU faculty and staff), and visit the artwork site locations to create a site-specific art work proposal.
