To complete a nomination send appropriate evidence to support the nominee’s work. This evidence could include festival brochures, newspaper or magazine articles, newsletters, event programs, photographs, slides or a videotape, CD-ROM, DVD. The Committee cannot adequately evaluate a community leadership nominee without adequate evidence of their work.
