Quire Cleveland

Quire Cleveland is a professional chamber choir established in 2008 to explore the vast and timeless repertoire of choral music over the last 9 centuries. Quire programs introduce audiences to music not heard in the modern era including modern premieres of works newly discovered or reconstructed, breathing life into the music of our shared heritage.

Quire Cleveland has proven its appeal to audiences of all ages, including music-lovers new to our music, as well as aficionados. Critics describe our programs as ''enlightening and entertaining'' (WRTI), with performances that are ''subtle and nuanced yet warm and communicative'' (ClevelandClassical.com).

We are happy to tailor our programming to your needs, to choose music that best suits your acoustics, and to work with you in reaching the widest possible public.

As Ohio residents who perform ''a cappella,'' Quire Cleveland is lean and easy to tour. Our only
technical requirements are one music stand and choral risers (or a set of stairs).

With three decades of experience as both concert presenter and artist representative, Quire's executive director Beverly Simmons provides useful marketing materials and photos. In addition, Quire actively promotes every event through our website, Facebook page, and e-blasts.
